A. XYZ Conductive Elastomer

The XYZ conductive Elastomer is composite material that is made by high performance silicone rubber,
conductive filler ( C,Ni/C, Ag/Al, Ni/Al , Ag/G , Ag/Ni , Ag/Cu, )and additives. This material has high conductivity and
provides an optimal combination of perfect EMI/RFI shielding effectiveness and excellent environmental sealing,
which can be widely used in anti-electromagnetic interference and pressure, environmental sealing and other occasions .

B. Non-Conductive Elastomer

C. Co-extrusion Conductive Elastomer

Co-extrusion conductive elastomers are one kind of high performance combination materials. The gasket cross section shapes and size which is specially designed can be co-extruded. The conductive elastomers are extruded in parallel with non-conductive elastomers to provide EMI shielding and corrosion protection from one gasket. The outer, non-conductive gasket acts as an extra environmental seal to keep moisture away from the conductive gasket interface. Co-extruded elastomers are also cost-effective, as they permit the use of existing flange designs and provide for gasket attachment via a less expensive non-conductive elastomers. As well, the environmental sealing performance is improved.
